Etymology edit

From Biblical Hebrew יְהֹוָה (YHWH), which is often rendered as ヤハウェ (Yahawe) in Japanese texts. This version is influenced by versions of the name in Christian translations[1] such as Portuguese Jeová, English Jehovah.
