Etymology edit

Referring to the historical 廣州广州 (Guǎngzhōu fǔ, Guangzhou prefecture) in the Ming and Qing dynasties, which administered fourteen counties of Guangdong province in the Qing dynasty, and whose capital was located in Guangzhou.
