Usage notes
editThis adverb has very dominant usage with the verb 울다 (ulda, “to cry”), making some people consider the combination an idiom or even single word. Some other verbs, especially 여기다 (yeogida, “to consider, to treat”), may sound old and unfashionable when they come after 슬피.
