  1. When used with a root that has a pharyngeal, the first letter will have a hataf patah in the plural and plural construct forms.
  2. When used with a root that has a pharyngeal, the second letter's shva turns to a hataf patah.
  3. In biblical hebrew this pattern is CVCC where V is a short vowel, either i>ē, a>e, or u>o.
