TERF bangs: My tumblr post critiquing modern beauty standards got over 100,000 reblogs, but it's so important to uphold these values in day-to-day life, too. I don't even know what TERF stands for!

Jerry Falwell. Anita Bryant. Whichever stylist gave Beyoncé TERF bangs that one time. History has seen its fair share of homophobic monsters — those vile perpetrators of hatred and terror who would rather spread fear than compassion for our communities.
Otherwise, if you take a look at the campaign images, you'd be hard-pressed to recognize Hadid, who's outfitted in an oversize pink headband, topped off with Twiggy-esque mascara and a choppy, forehead-friendly hairstyle previously favored by Emma Watson, which certain corners of the internet have come to describe as "TERF bangs."
Basically, you can pry my TERF bangs from my cold, dead forehead—unless you tell me they’re actively doing harm, in which case I guess it’s headbands for a while.
