    My favorite is the sinudlan, also known as baobao. It is shaped like a turtle and made with brown sugar stuffed with bocayo inside. It took quite a while for me to place the taste of the crunchy outer cover, but when I could finally place it, it was similar to the American fortune cookies given out at the end of Chinese meals.
