Summary

Description
English: Quartz
Locality: East Coleman Mine (Ron Coleman Mine; Old Coleman Mine; West Chance; Dierks No. 4; Blocker Lead; Geomex), Jessieville, Garland County, Arkansas, USA (Locality at mindat.org)
Size: 21.4 x 11.4 x 9.7 cm.
This dramatic extended plate features a 10 x 5 x 5 cm crystal of super gem quality on the right side, intermixing with crystals that extend to the left and serve as host for smaller, equally sharp and fine quartz points. The piece is pristine save for a small ding on the rightmost accessory crystal that is hard to see; and for a very teeny bit of wear on one small edge of the right of the dominant crystal, a defect so small you have to feel it with the finger to be sure its there. The whole cluster is complete all around, with all crystals terminated, and it is very 3-dimensional. MUCH better in person! From the personal collection of mine owner Ron Coleman.
