Tsagaglalal (She Who Watches) looks down on the Columbia River from the basalt cliffs which she is a part of. Put there by Coyote to look after her people at Her own request, She is there still. She Who Watches is part of the ancient Columbia River Legends, which are some 10,000 years old. The bullet holes are vandalism from the late 1800's when a traveler in a passing train shot at She Who Watches as target practice.
