誇獎 and 稱讚

@Justinrleung, RcAlex36 Should we consider these two to be synonyms? I think there are subtle differences between the two. At least the way I use it, 誇獎 implies a higher level of praise than 稱讚. For instance, when somebody compliments you, you can respond by saying "你太誇獎了。" but you can't say "你太稱讚了。". The dog2 (talk) 16:30, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

@The dog2: I think they're synonyms when they're used as A 誇獎/稱讚 B, which is what this module should get at. AFAIK you can't say something like 你傷呵咾 in Hokkien. — justin(r)leung _{{ (t...) | c=› }} 23:14, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
