Pronunciation edit

  • Tone class: A

*sanesi

  1. enjoyable

Reconstruction notes edit

This word appears to have been lost in all Ryukyuan languages except for Macro-Yaeyama. Proto-Ryukyuan *tanosimi (to enjoy) must have been a loan from Japanese.

    • Yonaguni: 楽ん (shanan /ɕànáŋ/)
