Because according to this article the imperative forms are: хоч, хо́чмо & хо́чте

Whereas according to kyivdictionary.com it's хоти́, хоті́мо & хоті́ть

And according to slovnyk.ua it's https://slovnyk.ua/ хочи, хочімо & хочіть
