اُمْرُؤٌ
editHi, according to pag. 42 of 'Arabic: An Essential Grammar', by Faruk Abu-Chacra, the nominative sg. form first vowel is كسرة, that is, اِمرؤ. Should I correct it? Thanks in advance. --Backinstadiums (talk) 15:37, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
plural form(s)
editHi, I'd like to know what plural could be linked to this form. Thanks in advance. --Backinstadiums (talk) 09:32, 13 March 2017 (UTC)
سكون
editHI, I've noticed that once القطع is lost, the following sukun is replaed by فتحة in several patterns, such as أَحْمَر feminine حَمْرَاء, or امرؤ definite المرء. I'd like to know whether a general rule can be stated and added to the corresponding entries. Thanks in advance. --Backinstadiums (talk) 14:02, 13 March 2017 (UTC)
