Temple of Hephaestus

According to the first listed source, the definition seems to be "temple of Hephaestus" (this also seems to be confirmed by Liddell & Scott's dictionary). I also don't see the meaning of "volcano" in any of these. The second reference seems to be about Byzantine Greek, so perhaps the "volcano" meaning is more of a later development (I don't read German). If so, this probably should be clarified.
