Different glyphs between U+38C7 and U+2F896

@KevinUp I don't think there's a strict glyph difference between these two code points. This is just a difference used in the Unicode charts. The front page of the charts says, "The shapes of the reference glyphs used in these code charts are not prescriptive. Considerable variation is to be expected in actual fonts." The form with ⺕ is unifiable with the form with 彑, so either glyph shape can be used for U+38C7. The particular shape can be specified using IVS's: 38C7 E0100 = ⿱彑⿸⿱丿丿巾, and 38C7 E0101 = ⿱⺕⿸⿱丿丿巾. — justin(r)leung _{{ (t...) | c=› }} 15:09, 5 August 2018 (UTC)
