It seems that the form ‘로’ is not used in North Korea but the use of ‘노’ is attested in North Korean Dictionaries like, for example, Joseonmal Daesajeon (http://www.uriminzokkiri.com/index.php?ptype=ckodic&skey=%EB%85%B8). Yzhiyu 123 (talk) 03:19, 6 May 2021 (UTC)
