Etymology

Somebody put some oddly phrased stuff in under etymology, without sourcing. Googling shows it came from MacBain's dictionary: [1] But it hasn't been cited properly, as that source in fact gives a choice of two possibilities. I have changed this to give both, and also to simplify - it's enough to reference the other Gaelic words and let their cognates be found at their own articles.
