When was this deleted?? I have it on my watchlist, but never saw any indication there that it was deleted. Can someone link me to any relevant discussion?

According to logs, there WAS no discussion or even explanation, therefore I've recreated this page. I've included very generous cites, so please don't recklessly delete this again, without putting it through standard RFV/RFD Language Lover 11:45, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
