New Year edit

As adjective: "New Year resolution". Is this valid? Is it a misspelling of "New Year's"? Is it "proscribed"? DCDuring 15:53, 3 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

This would be a noun modifier, not an adjective, regardless of spelling.--Dmol 16:32, 3 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

What PoS would that be? What would be another example or three? DCDuring 03:21, 4 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
Answering my own newbie questions. Both "New Year" and "New Year's" are in common use as modifiers of nouns. "New Year" is a noun used as an adjective and wouldn't really need a seperate entry, but it's OK that it has one. DCDuring 01:44, 29 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
