editNo sources discuss the etymology of this word, however we can see in this source (page 165) that the first element is a verb, so it has to be "að aka". "Að aka sér" is the only meaning which seems to make sense, but I find it slightly dubious so I would be grateful if someone else could give me their opinion. Hvergi (talk) 17:05, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
