For the second sense: "A defect of speech, from cerebral disease or trauma, in which the patient substitutes wrong words or names in the place of those he wishes to employ." Which sounds suspiciously like the person who created the article meant "aphasia" -- perhaps specifically a confusion of Wernicke's aphasia with Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome? -- Keffy 01:49, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
