There are two instances on the internet where it seems to appear in a sexual context and where I suspect that it might be slang for "erection" or for the resulting bulge in a man's trousers. But I'm not sure! 178.4.151.17 20:30, 26 November 2021 (UTC)

Went through them again and it appears to have been coincidence. Context was sexual, but I think it did mean hernia in both cases. 178.4.151.17 04:26, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
