This phrase may be SoP bumpfire + gunstock. Note the creation of bumpfire, and several other related terms, by the same anon. The phrase is also a hotword due the recent mass-shooting in Las Vegas.

If I'd been able to find more than one News citation that supports this, it might indeed be a hotword.
But bumpfire stock, bump-fire stock, and bump fire stock look attestable on UseNet, with citations going back years. Ergo, not hotwords, though SoP IMO.
