Issue with "cloud rat" definition

@Ysrael214 The problem is that the source you provided indicates that the word "buot" meaning "cloud rat" is from Cordilleran languages, so that means the definition is not really Tagalog, but Cordilleran. However, technically, the journal article itself is in Tagalog, so the article using the word "buot" to mean "cloud rat" is an attestation, but only one. We need two more.
