Talk:carcass

Hi. Is this word also used in cooking terminology? Like when you strip out the meat of a bird and make a stock based on the carcasses? Thanks for any suggestions as to what word is really used in American and British English. --Teodor (talk) 18:09, 21 February 2014 (UTC)
