Absolutely not. Fowler has a list of words that must not be spelled -ize, and "circumsise" is on that list. Since Fowler's Modern English Usage is a UK publication, the idea that this spelling is "UK" is plainly wrong. JimInRoses 02:33, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
