Devon, lunch meat, bologna, polony, fritz, luncheon sausage, etc.

edit

The type of meat referred to at this entry appears to have multiple names across the English-speaking world, although the exact type of sausage referred to may differ. See, for instance, the entry for bologna or that for lunch meat. See also the Macquarie Dictionary user's contributions at https://www.macquariedictionary.com.au/resources/aus/word/map/search/word/luncheon%20sausage/Central%20Highlands%20Victoria/ and this article at https://wordsmith.org/board/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=10356. It would be interesting to try to bring this all together on a Wiktionary page, although the differences in product referred to could be a stumbling block.
