But I'm familiar with oenology not enology.

- For what it's worth, the University of California, Davis, has a fairly serious Department of Viticulture and Enology and they choose to spell it this way. --Dvortygirl 18:13, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
- According to wikipedia enology is the American spelling. JillianE 14:37, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
