Merriam-Webster defines "fast" as:
7 a : WILD <a pretty fast crowd> b : sexually promiscuous

That would be "wild" in the narrow sense of:
3 a (1) : not subject to restraint or regulation : UNCONTROLLED; also : UNRULY
