List of loanwords

I'm confused in the sense that the article makes it seem like the many international translations for "kangaroo" are loanwords from this. Wouldn't it be more accurate to say that the English word is loaned from this one, and the other languages loaned it from English? 157.211.28.141 06:01, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
