IPA wrong?

I feel the IPA vowel is wrong here. I am French and as far as I can tell everyone pronounces it with a /ə/ not an /œ/. certainly when I compare the sound bites for the pronunciation of these 2 vowels in Wikipedia IPA pages and the pronunciation recorded on this page, the sounds that matches best what I hear is /ə/. it is quite far from /œ/.
