Good point. At the same time I created this entry, I also created bump nasties, and I guess I decided to mark both as vulgar to be on the safe side. But unlike that term, this one doesn't make an explicit reference to what sex involves, so you're correct that it's more euphemistic in nature. I've gone ahead and changed the designation.
