Relation to neodpovědný

The relation of nezodpovědný to neodpovědný is unclear to me. Fact is, nezodpovědný has an order of magnitude higher hit rate than neodpovědný. An unverified conjecture, formed based on googling, is that nezodpovědný is used more in the sense of "lacking a sense of responsibility", whereas neodpovědný in the sense of "not responsible; not subject to responsibility; not to be held accountable". --Daniel Polansky 11:34, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
