Personal attack? --Connel MacKenzie 23:29, 18 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

We should include personal attacks when they meet our CFI. In this case, though, it doesn't seem like it can have been around for a full year yet, seeing as at this point last June it wasn't yet clear that that's what he was doing. —RuakhTALK 01:54, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
Delete - this is incapable of meeting CFI. Try again next year, if it stays current (which it won't). Cheers! bd2412 T 02:54, 19 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I've deleted prematurely because:

  • Logically, it doesn't seem like this could pass CFI yet.
  • I can't find any Google Books hits that are verb uses, or even verb mentions.
  • I can only find about a score of Google Groups hits that are actual verb uses; none is from more than nine months ago; and none is quite in our sense, if only because our sense implied that the verb is intransitive, or perhaps that it takes a criminal charge as its direct object, and none of the Google Groups hits fit that bill.
  • The entry was also created in January and then deleted, but with a very different sense (also a personal attack in response to the case), suggesting that even if this term does turn out to have staying power, we really need to wait and see what sense it ends up having.

If anyone objects, I'm prepared to undelete it, but otherwise, this doesn't seem to be worth wasting our time on.
