Talk:nor

I'd like to see a discussion of usage. When can "nor" be used without "neither"? It's accepted to say "I did not do this; nor did I do that." Am I correct that it is not accepted to say "I did not do this nor that"? How about with a comma/pause: "I did not do this, nor that"?
