I think this phrase can also be used as an adjective following a noun (usually "pantalon"), right? Example: "Des clés s'entrechoquent dans la poche de son pantalon patte d'eph." (Keys are clinking in the pocket of his flare-cut/bell-bottom pants.) BrandonMadsen (talk) 19:58, 5 January 2022 (UTC)
