Greek polytonic orthography…

…seems to have been invented by Aristophanes of Byzantium, who was head librarian of the Library of Alexandria from circa 197 BC, presumably until his death circa 185–180 BC. Does anyone know if any of his works pertinent to the orthography he devised are still extant? — I.S.M.E.T.A. 17:11, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
