In Indonesia, "putaw" is a form of cheap heroin. One of the 'epidemics', the page should reflect that. Putaw is widely known to speakers of Bahasa Indonesia (or Malay), specifically for being this very cheap, unrefined street skag, brownish, due to its content of raw opium.
