Instead of "Informal second-person plural", you should probably say "second-person plural informal", for the one you have used might imly it is an informal way of speaking, which is wrong. In spanish there are two different forms of subjuntive, that is: respondierais/respondieseis. In fact, one could even say that "respondieseis" is more formal and mainly found in written language. Nonetheless,both forms are accepted and used, and actually correspond to the past form of subjuntive as shown below:

SUBJUNTIVO Pretérito imperfecto o Pretérito respondiera o respondiese respondieras o respondieses respondiera o respondiese respondiéramos o respondiésemos respondierais o respondieseis / respondieran o respondiesen respondieran o respondiesen
