Concerning the US pronunciation, I find that /sɪˈkjʊɹəti/ is not correct, for even with mass media I've never heard it said that way. Where I live we pronounce it /səˈkiu̯ɹ.ɪˌti/, so the standard is probably /səˈkjuɹ.ɪˌti/. --X Parasite
