The word is clearly in use in several senses. Sextras are usually uncredited actors and actresses in pornographic or adult films, often during orgy scenes. [1] [2] [3] "Behind the scenes" footage, blooper reels, and outtakes in pornographic films are also sometimes referred to as sextras.
