As far as I'm aware, the term "supercrip" was coined by disability academics Douglas Biklen and Robert Bogdan to refer to the to the trope of a disabled character who has superpowers to 'make up for' their disability (sending the message that disabled characters aren't worth writing about if they aren't in some way better than a normal person). I've heard of Professor X from X Men as an example. Biklen and Bogdan gave Ironside from Ironside as an example, as well as the way that Hellen Keller is portrayed. It's an academic term, not an informal term like this entry currently says, and the definition given here is also not right (or at least not the usage I'm familiar with).
