Citation needed for Shakespeare spelling

The given Wikisource link has the spelling "tetchy". Can someone find a source for "teachie"? A Google Books search for "fall out with the dug" gives me "teachy" and "tetchy". --Slashme (talk) 10:01, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
