"The degree to which an object or device is easy to use with no specific training." This would be definition of learnability.
It seems more appropriate to use this the ease of use, learnability, efficiency, and error tolerability of a particular product. (http://www.utexas.edu/academic/diia/assessment/iar/glossary.php)
