Usage

This template formats quotations from Marie Corelli's work The Sorrows of Satan. Please include a page number relative to the edition published by J.B. Lippincott co., which is viewable on the Internet Archive.

Parameters

|page= The page number in the Lippincott edition. If the quote spans two pages, use the earlier one.
|text= (or |passage=) The passage to be quoted.

Notes on other editions

If you need to grep the full text of the work (or have issues with copy-pasting from the Archive.org UI), there's a Gutenberg transcription which seems fairly faithful.

The Internet Archive has several other editions (the one from the U of T collection seems like it might be a first edition?) but the Lippincott ed seems to have the highest quality scan.
