This template is to be used for the headwords of Pannonian Rusyn nouns. It has the following parameters:

|1= The gender of the noun.
|dim= (also |dim2=, |dim3= etc.; all optional) The diminutive of the noun.
|aug= (also |aug2=, |aug3= etc.; all optional) The augmentative of the noun.
|adj= (also |adj2=, |adj3= etc.; all optional) The relative adjective of the noun.
|head= (optional) An alternative headword to be displayed.
