This template is used to display alternative spellings of Sumerian words. It has the following parameters:

|1=: The transcription of the term.
|2=, |3=, |4= etc.: The various alternative spellings of the term.
|tr= (or, alternatively, |tr1=), |tr2=, |tr3= etc.: The various transliterations of the alternative spellings.
|q= (or, alternatively, |q1=), |q2=, |q3= etc.: The various qualifiers for the alternative spellings.
