{{zh-idiom}} was a relatively high-use template until 2020. This is a deprecated template, which was completely replaced by {{head|zh|idiom}}.{{zh-idiom}} was kept to make old revision histories legible.

Entries using {{zh-idiom}} are formatted with the .deprecated CSS class and are categorized in Category:Pages using deprecated templates.
