1964 chapters: Arabic or Roman numerals

@Sgconlaw The 1964 version uses Arabic numerals (e.g., see page 211). Nevertheless, should it be indicated in Roman numerals? J3133 (talk) 10:46, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
