This template is used exclusively for Persian verb forms. It takes two parameters: one mandatory, one optional.

• tr= (mandatory), the transliteration into the Modern Latin Alphabet
• head= (optional), the head word, which automatically uses {{fa-Arab}}. If none is specified, the head word will be the page name.
