edit@Kc_kennylau: I've checked a few sources regarding the tone sandhi for the 5th tone (yang level). They all say that the 5th tone changes to the 3rd tone (11) in northern Taiwan or Quanzhou-influenced regions in Taiwan. Are you sure that the 5th tone changes to the 7th tone (33) in Taipei?
